About IME

It all began 62 years ago with the development of the first IME baking oven. Initially an appliance for baking bread, then used as a universal oven for confectionery and the catering trade. Nothing had more influence on the development of catering kitchens in the 70’s of the last century, as the legendary IME Oven GB 70. More than 100.000 units were sold of which countless are still being used today. Who, other than IME, is more competent when it comes to “professional ovens”? This is also the reason why we are presenting this dedicated special oven catalogue.

All oven types are represented here: from static, convection and combi steamers through to microwaves. But also something new – the static universal oven for the catering trade. Then there is nothing more important for the caterer’s livelihood than the quality of their food. Even although it is impossible to imagine a caterer’s kitchen without a convection steam oven, there are still dishes that cannot be properly prepared without static heat, which makes the dish an experience for the customer.
